Not every success is worth buying.
Achievement always has a price. A well-designed life asks whether that price fits your health, relationships, values and happiness.

I help experienced professionals and adults 45+ across India consciously design a happier, healthier and more meaningful life—and build the habits that help them live it.
No lectures. No hollow motivation. A practical path designed with you.
Our point of view
“Happiness is more than a mood. It is a set of skills—and a way of designing everyday life.”
A personal philosophy for real life
These ideas have grown through Naren's own work, relationships, setbacks, meditation practice, running and continued attempts to learn something new.
Achievement always has a price. A well-designed life asks whether that price fits your health, relationships, values and happiness.
Insight matters, but daily behaviour shapes life. Lasting change comes from turning intention into small, repeatable action.
Age and experience need not make life smaller. A beginner’s mind keeps learning, purpose and possibility alive.
When experience asks for a reset
Work is going well, but stress follows you home.
Exercise, sleep or relationships keep slipping down the list.
You know what should change, yet consistency remains difficult.
A transition has raised bigger questions about purpose and what comes next.
Coaching gives you a calm, non-judgemental space to step back, decide what really matters and turn insight into actions you can sustain.
The Design Happy Life approach
We connect mindset, goals and behaviour. Reflection, mindfulness and meditation may support awareness, but they are tools—not dogma or a one-size-fits-all answer. The path is shaped around your circumstances, personality and priorities.
Notice the beliefs, emotions and automatic patterns shaping your days.
Create a personal philosophy and define the priorities that fit this stage of life.
Translate what matters into meaningful goals, practical actions and supportive environments.
Make healthy action easier, move through procrastination and create steady momentum.
Use reflection and accountability to adapt the system until change feels sustainable.

Meet Naren
Naren is a Happiness and Well-being Coach who combines 32+ years of corporate leadership with psychology, coaching and his own lived experience of health, relationships and life transitions.
After a long corporate career, he chose to study the human mind and turn that learning into practical building blocks for a happier life. More than a decade of distance running—and the humility of becoming a beginner again while learning skills such as swimming—continue to remind him that progress is rarely neat, instant or effortless.
His style is warm, thoughtful and down to earth. He will listen without judgement, challenge assumptions with care and help you create a practical path forward—without preaching or pretending that change is always easy.

No. Coaching supports personal development and habit change; it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health treatment. If a concern needs clinical care, that is the appropriate next step.
